"Totally Fine That I Found Too Many Planters"
I was just trying to casually look for a planter, very calmly of course, and somehow ended up finding way more planters and garden pieces than I expected. The styles were easy to compare, and the selection was really good. So yes, I’m totally fine and definitely not already planning where to put all of them.

My snap judgment? Customer service was just okay. I had to wait longer than I expected for a reply, and while they did eventually help me out, the whole thing felt a bit slow and basic.

"Nice look, but the price feels steep"
It does look nice, and I can see why people would be drawn to it, but the price feels way too high for what you’re getting. I think a lot of customers would probably feel the same way after seeing it in person

"Good products, but the website feels a little behind"
I liked the products and the photos actually look nice, especially when I was scrolling through them with my coffee in hand. The overall style is fine and the colors aren’t bad, but a few pages feel kind of dated and not as smooth to browse as I expected. Nothing was broken or anything, it just feels like the site could use a cleaner, more modern refresh.

"I bought this last year and wasn’t..."
I bought this last year and wasn’t sure how it would do outside long-term, but it’s still holding up really well. We’ve had a few nasty storms come through, and it hasn’t fallen apart or weakened at all. Weirdly, I remember checking on it after one storm while wearing one mismatched sock, and it was totally fine. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Nice planter, but I did notice a small flaw"
Overall, this planter feels really sturdy and well made, and the finish looks good at first glance. I did spot one tiny mark on it, though. It’s not a huge deal and I’m still using it, but part of me wondered if it maybe slipped through quality control because they figured most people wouldn’t bother returning it for something that small.

"The shipping took way longer than I..."
The shipping took way longer than I expected... The delivery showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time!! It was frustrating just waiting around with no real idea where my package was???
